We are looking for an ambitious Chemistry graduate of the highest quality to join The Oxford Health Company’s graduate programme. This is a hands-on, fully supported role designed to build your laboratory and analytical testing experience across our fast-growing supplements business, with particular exposure to HPLC testing and the opportunity to shape and develop your own career path with us.

Your future with us
This is more than just a job. This is a programme where you will have daily support from TOHC experts right across the business. You’ll build strong laboratory foundations and develop into specialist areas such as:
Analytical Chemistry - Build practical experience in sample preparation, standards and calibration, HPLC testing, chromatographic data interpretation and clear documentation of results.
Testing & Quality - Work with our testing and quality teams to assess raw materials and finished products, support HPLC analysis, review results and ensure that every product meets rigorous safety, compliance and performance standards.
R&D & Method Development - Turn ideas into reliable analytical approaches, supporting formulation, stability work and the development or refinement of practical laboratory methods.
Manufacturing & Production - Get hands on with our manufacturing team, understanding how laboratory results, raw-material controls and in-process checks support the consistent production of high-quality supplements.
What We’re Looking For:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry or a closely related subject.
Hands-on laboratory experience, ideally including HPLC testing, sample preparation, preparation of standards, calibration and interpretation of chromatographic data.
Strong attention to detail, accurate record keeping and a willingness to learn bespoke laboratory technologies and processes.
Enthusiasm for health, wellness, and using science to make a positive impact.
