Your Journey to Joining TOHC: A Typical Hiring Process

  • Introduction

    Our hiring process starts with a short call from our People Operations team to learn more about you and see if TOHC is the right place for you.

  • 1st Interview

    Usually conducted via video call, this conversation gives you a closer look at TOHC and the position, while we get to know you better. Expect an engaging two-way discussion!

  • 2nd Interview

    We invite you to our facility for a tour and the chance to immerse yourself in TOHC’s environment. You’ll also meet senior leadership and have a final discussion about the role.

  • Decision!

    That’s all we need! After your interviews, we’ll take the time to carefully review everything and make a prompt decision. We aim to move quickly while ensuring the best fit for both you and TOHC
