As our new Inside Sales Developer, you will play a critical role in identifying and converting targeted new business opportunities within our strategic nutraceutical categories. This office-based position focuses on building strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and effectively communicating the value of our products to drive accelerated growth.

What will you do?
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including industry events, networking, and online research.
- Sales Outreach: Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce The Oxford Health Company’s offerings and generate interest.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs and position our products as solutions to their challenges.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to target markets.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and progress tracking.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and product development.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market insights to management.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in the nutraceutical or health industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for health and wellness.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Additional languages preferred.
