Summary

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to help design, build and evolve our in-house business management and ERP platform.

You’ll work across the full stack, contributing to both backend services and frontend applications, while playing a key role in planning and delivering new software releases. This role involves close collaboration with the CEO and senior stakeholders to turn real business challenges into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a core system within a fast-growing business, with genuine influence over product direction and architecture whilst ensuring technical standards.

Our headquarters and manufacturing facility are located in Bicester, with a second storage warehouse nearby. What will you be doing?

• Developing and maintaining backend services using Nest.js.
  

• Building and improving the frontend using Angular.
  

• Designing, querying and optimising SQL databases.
  

• Creating and maintaining GraphQL APIs.
  

• Planning, building and releasing new features and system improvements.
  

• Writing and maintaining end-to-end (E2E) tests to ensure/improve platform quality and reliability.
  

• Collaborating closely with the CEO and internal teams to:
  

  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions
    

  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
    

• Supporting and improving an existing codebase, including performance and stability enhancements.

• Keep robust system documentation. 
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years experience working as a Full Stack Developer.
  

• Strong backend experience with Nest.js.
  

• Solid frontend experience using Angular.
  

• Good working knowledge of SQL, including schema design and query optimisation.
  

• Experience designing and consuming GraphQL APIs.
  

• Experience with end-to-end testing (e.g. Jest, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).
  

• Experience with ERP, CRM or business management systems is a considerable advantage.
  

• Experience working with and improving existing / legacy codebases.
  

• Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.

• Interest in product thinking, usability and building systems that support real business change.
