Summary
We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to help design, build and evolve our in-house business management and ERP platform.
You’ll work across the full stack, contributing to both backend services and frontend applications, while playing a key role in planning and delivering new software releases. This role involves close collaboration with the CEO and senior stakeholders to turn real business challenges into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a core system within a fast-growing business, with genuine influence over product direction and architecture whilst ensuring technical standards.

What will you be doing?
Developing and maintaining backend services using Nest.js.
Building and improving the frontend using Angular.
Designing, querying and optimising SQL databases.
Creating and maintaining GraphQL APIs.
Planning, building and releasing new features and system improvements.
Writing and maintaining end-to-end (E2E) tests to ensure/improve platform quality and reliability.
Collaborating closely with the CEO and internal teams to:
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
Supporting and improving an existing codebase, including performance and stability enhancements.
Keep robust system documentation.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years experience working as a Full Stack Developer.
Strong backend experience with Nest.js.
Solid frontend experience using Angular.
Good working knowledge of SQL, including schema design and query optimisation.
Experience designing and consuming GraphQL APIs.
Experience with end-to-end testing (e.g. Jest, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).
Experience with ERP, CRM or business management systems is a considerable advantage.
Experience working with and improving existing / legacy codebases.
Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.
Interest in product thinking, usability and building systems that support real business change.
